LIVINGSTON—Goldie Book, 79 of Livingston Hills Nursing Home, died peacefully September 5, 2010 surrounded by her family.

She was born April 26, 1931 in Worcester, Mass.

In 1956, she married Arthur Book and lived in Oceanside Long Island.

She was predeceased by her parents Jacob Zilbusky and Lillian Abromowitz, her husband and her sisters, Sonia “Sunny” Abraham, Ruth Farbstein and Sylvia Holdin.

She was a loving mother to Brenda Haywood and son-in-law John Haywood Jr. of Chatham, and Rachel Morelli and son-in-law Joseph Morelli of Tampa Florida; loving grandmother to four grandchildren, Ashley Haywood, Joshua Haywood, Dean Morelli and Sara Miskett.

Mrs. Book was a secretary at Belwin Mills Music Publishing Corp. in Farmingdale, Long Island.

Family will receive friends Monday, September 6, 10 a.m. at French, Gifford, Preiter and Blasl Funeral Home. 25 Railroad Avenue, Chatham.
