Late last week, as we made final arrangements to begin mailing papers to you, the U. S. Postal Service made a previously unannounced decision to close periodical mailing services at the Hudson Post Office. As a result, we have had to transfer all the records to the Valatie Post Office, which has caused an additional delay. We now expect to mail the papers starting October 8, assuming there are no further obstacles beyond our control.

The blank white box on the front page is where we will print your name and address. Like you, we are eager to see that space used.
