LIVINGSTON–Nancy Jean Clum, 51, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at her home.

Born April 26, 1958 in Mount Kisco, she was the daughter of the late Joanne (Papas) Oterhoudt and Reginald Osterhoudt, Jr.

She was an active member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Rhinebeck, where she taught Bible Studies and served in the Women’s Ministries. She also served for several years as a board member of the Northern Dutchess Christian School in Red Hook.

Mrs. Clum also worked as a legal secretary at several law offices, including Rapport, Meyers, Whitbeck, Shaw, and Rodenhausen, LLP in Hudson, and more recently for Donna Nebel in Red Hook.

She enjoyed gardening, interior decorating, and cooking for her family and friends. She was a “people person,” and always extended the gift of hospitality to everyone she met.

Mrs. Clum was the beloved wife of 32 years of David O. Clum of Livingston; devoted mother and mother-in-law of Jessica and Jesse Gardner of Langhorne, Penn. and Mathew and Sarah Clum of Lynchburg, Va., and loving sister of Reginald Osterhoudt, III, of Albany, Robert Osterhoudt of Hudson and Valerie Carpenella of Wynantskill. Also surviving is her beloved grandson, Ethan Gardner, of Langhorne and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours are 5 to 8 p.m. today, Friday, February 5, at the Bates & Anderson – Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green Street, Hudson.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Livingston Cemetery.
