ALBANY–Anthony “Tony” F. DeLuca, II, 68, of Columbiaville, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Albany Medical Center surrounded by his immediate family.

Mr. Deluca was born and raised in Brooklyn and moved to Columbiaville in 1987. He was the son of the late Madeline (DiPalma) and Anthony F. DeLuca, Sr.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Jean DeLuca of Columbiaville, and his children, John Stroming and MaryAnne Wood, both of Columbiaville, and Anthony DeLuca, III, and his wife, Kelly Secovnie, of Catskill. He was the beloved Poppop of Rita Wood of Hudson, Tiffany Wood of Stuyvesant Falls, Patricia Novak of New Paltz, Rudy Muscetta of Montgomery, and Megan Stroming of Davenport, Iowa. He is also survived and missed by his great-grandchildren, Harmony Wood, Daevon Mayes, and Kendra Wood, all of Hudson, and Anthony Wood and unborn baby Doty of Stuyvesant Falls, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Deluca enjoyed being with his family, watching wrestling, taking care of hisFacebook (Farmville), cooking, photography, and music. He was a very loving person who gave the best advice and told amazing life stories. We are all very blessed and lucky to have had such an amazing man in our lives. He will be forever loved and missed dearly!

Calling hours are noon to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Bates & Anderson – Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green Street, Hudson.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the funeral home.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
