Samuel Anthony Bolton, 62, naval reservist

SPRINGFIELD, MA—Samuel Anthony Bolton, 62, of Stottville, died Sunday, June 27, 2010 in
Springfield, MA.  
Born December 24, 1947 in Brooklyn, he was the son of Vera (Villani) Bolton and the late William Bolton. Mr. Bolton worked for the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental
Disabilities and retired from the Bureau of Individual Supports and Services.
He served in the US Naval Reserves and was a member of the Ghent Rod and Gun Club, the National Rifle Association and the Knights of Columbus.
Surviving in addition to his mother, is his wife, Jill (Kindler) Bolton of Stottville; his son, Anthony
Dylan Bolton of Stottville; and his siblings, Theresa Bolton, William Bolton, and Evelyn Jaynes. 
Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 1 at the Bates & Anderson – Redmond &
Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green Street, Hudson. 
Memorial services follow at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
