LINLITHGO—Janet (Jenny) Williams, 71, of Linlithgo died Friday, December 17, 2010 at her home after a long illness.

Born December 7, 1939 in Hudson, she was the daughter of the late Stewart and Viola (Anson) Shook.

Mrs. Williams was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was secretary for Jim Williams Septic Tank business in Linlithgo.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Williams; her son, Tom Williams of Germantown; two daughters, Peggy Langhirt of NYC and Florence Turek of Linlithgo; grandchildren, Amanda Race, Nicholas Turek, John Lettieri and Cheyenne Langhirt ; and two great grandchildren.

Services were held December 21 at the Yadack-Fox Funeral Home of Germantown, with the Rev. David Tipple of the Reformed Church of Germantown officiating.

Interment followed in the Livingston Rural Cemetery.
