CLAVERACK—State Police investigators at the Livingston barracks seek the public’s assistance in their search for Nicholas M. Beauchamp, 17, of Philmont, whom they characterize as a “violent felon.”

The suspect is a black male, about 6’1″, weighing 160 pounds.

On April 19 at about 11:20 p.m. in Claverack, Nicholas allegedly used a 12″ knife to rob a taxi cab driver, steal her money and then stole the taxi cab.

The cab is a 2005 gray Ford Taurus, with “PRONTO TAXI” written on the side. It has a New York registration 13270TX.
