HUDSON—A New York City man was stabbed in the back during an altercation the morning of June 16.
Hudson Police were called to the Columbia Memorial Hospital emergency room at 10:01 a.m. to investigate a reported stabbing. The victim was a 31-year-old New York City man, who was visiting friends. He suffered a single stab wound to his back during the fight. Other residents in the home took the victim to CMH.

I credit the coordinated effort of our department and the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, specifically Sergeant Eli Fieser, who was quick to respond.
