Ceremony conducted for firefighter grads

GREENPORT—A public graduation ceremony for the 41 firefighters who completed the 31-session Firefighter I training schools in Canaan and Germantown offered by the Columbia County Fire Coordinators Office was held at Columbia-Greene Community College, March 26.

The keynote speaker was FDNY Battalion Chief Keith Cartica.
