Alida Losee (1923 – 2016)
ALBANY—Alida Losee, 93, of Stuyvesant died Sunday, April 24, 2016 at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Born January 31, 1923 in Castleton, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Adrina (Stekeur) Van Ommeron.
Mrs. Losee was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Stuyvesant and the Stuyvesant Fire Company Ladies Auxillary. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by: her daughter, Lila Toniatti of Poestenkill; a son, Timmy Losee of Hannacroix; seven grandchildren, Andrea Losee-Allard, Mark Losee, Ronald and Brian Toniatti, Randy, Robbie and Casey Losee; three great-grandchildren, Natalie and Garrett Allard, Leland Losee.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Thomas Losee, Sr., and two sisters, Jenny Van Ommeron and Gertrude Powers and her son, Charles Thomas Losee, Jr.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2 p.m. at the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Inc., 1015 Kinderhook Street, Valatie, with the Reverend Dan Cohn officiating. Burial will follow in the Kinderhook Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday, April 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Joseph Steven Dunne
VALATIE—Brother Joseph Stephen Dunne, CSC, 89, passed away April 23, 2016, at the Barnwell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in New York City, he received his elementary and secondary education in Yonkers.
In 1945, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served aboard ship during World War II and the Korean War, repairing and maintaining electrical and hydraulic systems. In 1954, he entered the candidate program for the Brothers of Holy Cross and, in 1956, made his first profession of vows as a religious brother. Throughout his many years of active ministry, he used his skills in maintenance to support the mission of education in Holy Cross schools, especially in the northeast region of the U.S.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Joseph Center, 495 Maple Lane, Valatie, Thursday, April 28 at 11 a.m. with a wake service Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 7 p.m. Arrangements are with the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Inc., 1015 Kinderhook Street, Valatie.
Jeannette Campbell (1932 – 2016)
GREAT BARRINGTON, MA—Jeannette Campbell of Copake, formerly of East Northport, passed away April 16, 2016 at Fairview Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born April 27, 1932 in Queens, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Catherine Arnaiz.
Mrs. Campbell was the loving wife of Daniel P. Campbell for 61 years. He predeceased her January 5, 2014.
She loved playing golf with her sister, sewing, doing the daily Sudokus, and keeping up with world news. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Valerie Firth of Copake and Diana Connolly of Ossining; her sons, Lawrence Campbell and his wife Jen of Bayshore and Daniel R. Campbell and his wife Tina of Bedford Hills; her six grandchildren, Amy, Ian, Erin, Kathlyn, Megan and Emma; two great-grandsons, Noah and Taylor; her sister, Arline and brother-in law, George Garbarini; sister-law, Elaine Arnaiz; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Campbell was predeceased by her brothers, Vincent Arnaiz and Robert Arnaiz, and her granddaughter, Heather.
A Memorial Service will take place Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 8063 Route 22, Copake. Interment will be in the Copake Cemetery.

Linda J. Lentz (1947 – 2016)
ALBANY—Linda J. Lentz, 68, of Greenport died Monday April 25, 2016 at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Born November 21, 1947 in Hudson, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Catherine McCagg Bathrick.
She is survived by: her two sons, Thomas G. Lentz, Jr., (Wendee) of Schodack Landing and Jeffrey S. Lentz (Corby) of East Greenbush; two daughters, Dawn Marie Michael of Philmont and Holly Lentz (Francis Comesanas) of Rhinebeck; six grandchildren; one brother; two sisters; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas G. Lentz.
Services are private.

Alice K. Rote (1953 – 2016)
GREENPORT—Alice K. (Heermance) Rote, 63, of Greenport went to be with the Lord April 21.
She was a CNA for more than 25 years, working at Barnwell and private duty.
Ms. Rote is survived by her partner of 27-years, David Osinskie; her son, Fred Davis (Mary) of Stockport; her three “grandbabies,” Justin, Josh and Jake.
Mr. Osinskie’s children and grandchildren had a special place in her heart: Eric (Lexie and Luke), Melissa (John-David, Gabby and Anna Marie). She was also loved by her three sisters, Stephanie Dallas, Anna Kraft and Kathryn Davis and her brother, John Heermance. She will be remembered every time a butterfly is spotted.
Ms. Rote was predeceased by her father, Harold Heermance; mother, Stephanie (Yakman) Heermance and a brother, Harold.
Calling hours and a memorial service were held April 25 at Cornerstone Fellowship Church, 62 Chatham Street, Kinderhook.
