John G. Houle, Sr. (1954 – 2022)
NIVERVILLE—John G. Houle, Sr., 67, of Niverville passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at his home.
Born April 11, 1954 in Northampton, MA, he was the son of the late Clarence and Rita (Kessler) Houle. John was a Disabled Veteran of the United States Coast Guard and was employed as a Journeyman Pressman for the Troy Record for many years.
He is survived by: his wife, Constance (Perry) Houle; his daughter, Angela Houle; son, John G. Houle, Jr., both of Niverville; a granddaughter, Riley Houle and a great-granddaughter, Addison Houle.

Gavin T. Kane (1992 – 2022)
HUDSON—Gavin T. Kane, 30, of Greenport died Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Columbia Memorial Hospital.
Born February 6, 1992 in Willingboro, New Jersey, he was the son of Kelly A. Anderson of Port St. Lucie, FL.

Karen M. Howard (1965 – 2021)
HUDSON—Karen M. Howard a loving “Mema,” mother and wife, passed away at the age of 56, February 12, 2022.
She was born August 14, 1965 in Hudson, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Donna Wagner.
She will be greatly missed by her surviving family: husband, John, Sr.; her son, John, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Lauren, and her cherished grandchildren, Michael and Olivia.

Clifford L. Kipp (1952 – 2022)
GHENT—Clifford L. Kipp, 69, of Claverack passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022 in Ghent.
Born March 6, 1952 in Rhinebeck, he was the son of Theodore and Catherine (Tanner) Kipp.
He was employed at WB McGuire as an assembler. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved his granddogs and fishing.
Left to forever love and cherish his memory are: his wife, Juanita (Almstead) Kipp; sons, Scott Kipp (Cheryl Rogers) and Adam Kipp (Tamara Easton); grandchildren, Steven, Joseph, Hailey and Jayden; his brother-in-law, Kenneth Almstead; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Sharon Tanner.
Funeral services at the Bates & Anderson-Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green Street, Hudson will be Friday, February 18 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Mellenville Union Cemetery.
